Young barley grass is unripe common barley, which is rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients. It contains a lot of chlorophyll, B vitamins, vitamin C, E, K, iron, magnesium, calcium, amino acids and fibre. Young barley exhibits antioxidant (to counteract free radicals), anticancer, antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.

Dosage:
